These Clocks Were Designed To Provide A Convenient Browser Popup UTC Time Reference. They Are Synchronized To An NTP Time Server And Should Be Accurate To Within Several Seconds. The Slight Error Being Caused From The Delay Of Serving The Clock Document.

  Some Of The Clocks Allow Options For Changing The Time Zones And Selection Of Either 12 Or 24 Hour Time Formats. To Use The Options, Move Your Mouse Pointer Around The Clock. Where An Option Can Be Changed A Yellow Help Window Will Appear Indicating The Option To Change By Clicking There.
    Note: UTC Times Are Always Displayed In 24 Hour Format

  To Create A Small Independant Browser Clock Window, Click The VIEW POPUP Button For The Clock You Want To Use.
